Moms who did Home Births, Any good books for fist timers?

I am having my 3rd baby next April. I am doing a home birth as well. I would love some good books to read on. Not just for me but for my husband as well. This will be a VBA2C. Thanks

  • Your Best Birth by Ricky Lake and Abby Epstien is good. Anything by Ina May is empowering (though a little hippy-dippy for some). You could take a childbirth course that's offered by an independant educator and not the hospital and ask questions you have about homebirth. Watch the documentary The Business of Being Born... amazing, and so empowering.

    Good choice, mamma!

All great groups with tons of resources! Sorry not linked.
