i need help with an exercise plan that will strengthen and tone everything, without too much weight loss or inches loss.
i am 5'5" and finally UP to a healthy weight (130), but i have no muscle mass and a flabby tummy
also, i would appreicate anyone willing to send a daily reminder e-mail or IM, sorta like a workout buddy
