exercise plan

i need help with an exercise plan that will strengthen and tone everything, without too much weight loss or inches loss.

i am 5'5" and finally UP to a healthy weight (130), but i have no muscle mass and a flabby tummy

also, i would appreicate anyone willing to send a daily reminder e-mail or IM, sorta like a workout buddy

  • How about Pilates? I read this somewhere that after you workout, wait 40 minutes to eat so that your body will take nutrients from the fat cells first, or something like that. But dont exercise on an a too empty of stomach either. GL!
