Needing Weight Loss Tips

Hi how are you? Thanks for stopping by to help me. I am needing to lose 50lbs by February. I have to lose that much before I can have my tubal reversal.

  • ok water water water no sugars no carbs no dairy lots of green tea high protein eat every three hours do not eat after 8 walk 30min a day if you do no other excise ilost 6 pounds in 1 week dont exercise to much because u r losing alot of yourcalories

  • I lost a great deal of weight in less than a year (not sure time line), by slimfast for 2 meals, fruit/veg. for snacks, and a meal for dinner. But i exercised (walked on treadmill) one to two hours every day, with jogging intervals during commercials. Those 1-2 minute intervals are important for wieght loss.

  • I did the HCG diet - lost 27 pounds in 5 weeks. Dr monitored and safe.
    I also use my body wraps and have lost 10+ inches with those alone.

  • I would start with simple changes.
    Don’t buy junk food
    Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on meat and dairy.

  • Cycling-spinning-I need to loose 80lbs and I went from 223 to 207 and I am still loosing weight. All those tips are great! The green tea I do alot, water, vitamins and eating every 3 hours. You burn 1,000 cal with spinning in an hour. This has helped me alot and I got alot to go! Good luck you can do!!! I have to motivate my self every day and take it one day at a time. If I dont I just crash and it becomes overwhelming for me because I have so much to loose. One day at a time!!

  • I have lost 20 lbs in a little over 3 months by doing low fat and LOW SODIUM. You lose a lot of water weight when you go low sodium. This is a very limited diet but most healthy things you can eat. For breakfast I eat an egg over easy (not cooked in butter or oil, just spray a nonstick skillet with Pam) with one slice of 100% whole grain toast and an apple. For snack, I eat a banana or another fruit, and one low fat graham cracker. For lunch, I either make my own homemade spaghetti sauce and eat that on angel hair pasta or I might have one serving of tuna on low fat ritz crackers or a big salad with no dressing sprinkled with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Dinners are made with ground turkey (homemade burritos, turkey chili, turkey meatloaf) or grilled/baked/stir fried chicken. We have baked sweet potatoes with pepper, baked squash, any steamed vegetable, brown rice, or sometimes a whole grain roll. For recipes PM me.
