Is there anything I can do for back pain at 16 weeks?

I have the worst backaches...already! With my son my back didn't bother me until the last month. This is crazy! Is there anything I can do to ease my pain? I still have to be a mom to a toddler and take him to all his appointments and therapies so I don't really have time to be down a lot. Any ideas? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, so I'll ask then as well.

  • I cant tell you how much of a difference the chiropractor has made for me! Also staying adjusted helps put the baby in good position later on. So yeah, CHIROPRACTOR! You wont be sorry!
