If you get the H1N1 vaccine does that mean you absolutely WON'T get it?

If not how much does it lower your chances of getting it?

  • NO vaccine is guaranteed to keep you from getting anything. A vaccine helps lessens the affects IF you contract the disease or illness. There is NOTHING that give you an absolute guarantee. I do have to say that my 13 yr old has had the Chicken pox vaccine and the booster and he has never contracted the pox, even when exposed from friends and relatives.
