  • Juice - only 100% and only 4 oz a day watered down at least half & half (4 oz juice with 4 oz water). Plain water, unlimited.

  • As much water as he/she wants, unless it interferes with drinking milk or formula, and juice isn't needed at all so that's up to you. If you insist on giving juice, the max is supposed to be 4 oz a day, watered down. Babies tend to get plenty of water from their foods (fruits especially) and formula, so if he/she is still on formula then you don't need to worry about how much water he gets. He'll get enough from the formula and any extra is just a bonus. If he's on milk, I'd just offer a sippy cup of water and keep it handy so he can drink when he wants. (sorry if you baby is a girl, i'm just used to saying "he")
