no to coffee??

iam breastfeeding my baby is currently 1 month and 2 weeks old.. and iam dying for a cup of coffee.. lol. would a cup of decaf coffee a day be 2 much caffeine and harmful to my baby?

  • no decaf is fine its the caffeine they dont want you to drink you can have reg coffee as well you just dont want to have more than a cup a day of reg coffee with caffeine

  • Just try to drink it after you breast feed not 30 mins before. it will make the baby restless.

  • Caffeine is only off limits IF BABY REACTS. As with all foods.

    Mom gets to eat and drink as she pleases. Only make changes if baby reacts.
