Can you freeze a batter, bake the product, and then freeze the product?

I had bread batter in the freezer and just baked it. Can I now freeze the bread?

  • Most all cooked foods can freeze. Make sure the bread is cooled to room temp completely and all the steam has escaped so it isn't soggy when you thaw it out.
