Teething Question

First off when do babies start teething. Recently my 3 month old has started drooling everywhere and rubbing his mouth/face against me, he isnt crying alot like his mouth would hurt, but I looked in his mouth and on the top it looks like his two vampire teeth are kinda coming out, his gums are sticking out. Is that normal? I cant remember but I could swear my DD had front teeth come out first.

  • When my DD was about 4 months old the SAME thing happend. She ended up getting her bottom two front teeth first, and her "vampire" teeth were the second to last, her 2 year molars are all she has left to get. I recommend giving him a frozen wash cloth and let him go at it.

  • Oh, and just FYI, my DD did get her first tooth at 4.5 months, but that isn't always the case, your baby may teeth for months and not have anything, my aunts baby teethed from 3 months on, and her first tooth didn't appear until after she was 7 months.

  • Well some babies are born with teeth so its possible!
I thought my dd was teething this early too but shes 8months now and still nothing.
His extra drool is definitely normal, same with chewing lots of stuff
