is it time to change it?

my baby is 8 months old and i seen a post earlier about carseats. i have one that is both ways i guess that is what it is called and anyways my son weighs 21 pounds should i face it to the front? please let me know what u would do he is tall also almost 3 ft

  • Wait as long as you can to make him forward facing. Most state law requires at least 1 year but experts are saying they're safer rear facing for as long as they can take it...once legs start getting too squishy, etc. its time to switch.

  • I'm sorry, but your baby canNOT be only 8 months old and almost 3 feet - that's 36 inches. Also - every state's law is a baby must be at least a year AND 20 lbs before FF. Supposedly it's safer to ERF, so just leave him be as long as you possibly can.
