  • well i will give you some if you give me some, we are a family of 5 but only four of us eat people food. lol. i like to take chicken and put it in a cake pan and just pour salsa all over it. when it comes out the salsa has cooked its way into the chicken. serve with tatos and veggie
Also, shake n bake is good.
I make this stuff, i call it Bacos. lol cheezy!! but i make the stuff for tacos, lettuce tomato, cheese olives, anything else you would like. but i cook the hamburger and then add taco bell seasoning sauce to eat, but we eat them like burritos.
it u like burritos when you cook the hamburger, also add a roll of sausage to it, when you eat it puts a good taste to it.

  • Today I made a casserole.

It was a ritz cracker Chicken Cheese Casserole

I cooked the chicken separated with seasonings,
I made the egg noodles in a pot and cooked them for a little One whole bag was more then plenty for us. Had a ton extra so should be good for family of 4.
2 cans of Cream of Chicken with a Cup and half of Milk, which I put the noodles in the cass. pan and then mixed them with the soup.
Put chicken on top. Then put Moz. Cheese,
Put the Crackers on the top, crumble all of them all up, I used one whole roll.
I put more cheese on top.

I put the oven on 425 and I am not sure how long I left it in there for but it was until the cheese was melted.

Sorry if a little unclear, this is a first time dinner item.
My SO loved it tho, and took it with tonight to work.

  • Tonight I boiled potatoes, coated them with 1/2 cup Italian dressing and sauteed them. The kids devoured it.
I also cooked chicken breasts in a cup of white wine, 2 Tbsp apple cider, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, marjoram, and a chopped onion for about 40 minutes. Then I took the chicken out and cooked the wine down to make a reduction. It was a hit and there were no left overs..
What surprised me was how easy it is to make!!

  • Thank you Izsarejman,

But what do you mean by cooked wine down to make reduction?

  • Hoagie Bake
Layer... 1 package crescent rolls, salami, pepperoni, ham, swiss, provolone.
    Bake 350 for 20 min
Take out of oven and layer on another crescent package.
Bake till top crescent is golden.
Drizzle creamy italian dressing if you like.

I made this 4 days ago and family LOVED it! It was SO easy.
I will add chopped onions on half next time and maybe blk olives and slice tomato.
