My daughter sometimes feels anxious and we have tried yoga, chants, massages and herb teas, like chammomille and passion flower, also Rescue remedy. Walks in nature, aromatherapy and warm baths can also help.Also writing in a diary.
Considering the world today, it is no wonder kids feel anxiety too.
