Couscous & wrapped lettuce

My husband and father were eating out one evening. They tried Couscous and wrapped lettuce for the first time. It was the chefs recommendation. They loved it. Does anyone know of any recipes that they do with these?

*hate mailers, yes I know that I could buy a cook book but out of the two dozen cook books I have I've discover that what people actually cook at home is better then what you get out of a lot of cook books. So please keep you're opinions to you're self. If you have a recipe from a website you like please post the link*

I appreciate all the replies I get. Good and bad lol

  • Not really a dressing from what I can tell, but the flavor comes from the ingredients:

    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 x garlic clove minced
    1 tbl vegetable oil
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp ground turmeric
    3/4 tsp lemon pepper
3/4 tsp grated fresh ginger root
    2 cup water
1 cup whole-grain couscous (or regular)
1 x 16 Oz. Can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cup halved seedless grapes
8 lrg iceberg or leafy green lettuce leaves
    Mango chutney optional
