  • For breakfast we have oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, or toast.
    We usually have sliced cheese and lunch meat for lunch- sandwiches.
    Dinner ideas, I like to make chicken enchiladas, spaghetti, chili.

  • Chicken nuggets and peanut butter sandwiches. Sorry, I have a six year old that has to have her peanut butter sandwich every day and a three year old that wakes in the morning asking for chicken and french fries. With a six month old that gets very cranky if I eat any kind of vegetable I'm afraid that our diet is pretty bad right now.

  • Breakfast: oatmeal with fruit, pancakes or waffles with brown sugar syrup, omelets with veggies & cheese, poached eggs on English muffins with a slice of cheese
    Lunches: small casseroles, meat gravy over toast or biscuits, leftovers, toasted cheese sandwiches & soup, tiny pizzas using English muffins, pepperoni & cheese, nacho dip & chips, tacos, baked beans & hot dogs, quick skillet meals, pigs in a blanket, tuna patties, corn dog muffins, homemade chicken strips or nuggets
    Dinners: spaghetti, beef or chicken lasagna, roasted beef or chicken, oven fried chicken, chicken & rice, homemade pizza, chicken alfredo, taco salad, oriental chicken salad, sloppy joes & oven fries, chili, stews, stir fry, taco soup & cornbread, teriyaki or sesame chicken with rice, chicken parmesan, meatloaf, wet burritos, chicken tetrazzini, pot pie

    I cook mostly from scratch.

  • This time of year it's soups, stews and chili that I love to make.

    They are all wonderful with fresh baked bread.

    I cook mostly from scratch too... it's so much healthier and so much cheaper.

    Sunday–black bean soup, quesadillas, avocado salad
    Monday–lentil tacos
    Tuesday–mushroom stroganoff
    Thursday–peanut noodles
    Friday–Mediterranean stew
    Saturday–pot pie
    Week of 10/11
    Monday–not crab cakes, tofu fish sticks, baked sweet potato “fries”
    Tuesday–peanut noodles
    Wednesday–tamale bean pie
    Thursday–Mexican lasagna
    Friday–breakfast for dinner–pancakes, fruit
    Saturday–pizza (on the grill, weather permitting)
    Week of 10/4
    Sunday–white chili
    Monday–lentil sloppy joes
    Wednesday–southwest falafel
    Thursday–zucchini & cheese enchiladas

  • If you are talking about for the catering company here are a few from the menu my friend uses.There are several pork loin or pork tenderloin choices wit various marinades,an Asian,an Italian,a wine with artichokes yum,Various types of raviolis stuffed with butternut squash, spinach nd 3cheese,a several mushroom ravioli.These are the fresh raviolis with a brown butter sage,pesto.And reg cheese or beef raviolis with red sauce.King Ranch casserole.Several type of enchiladas.They have a spaghetti with their claim as the best meatballs ever.Both chicken and beef lasagna.Chix in a wine reduction with artichokes, roasted chicken and crepes.Some risottos,soups, Julia Childs Beef Stew and M arthas 3 cheese baked macaroni.Mostly various forms of breakfast burritos for breakfast.The menu rotates with several choices for each day.Most meals are for four though you can order a meal for one but it is quite pricey that way.Good Luck
