  • take her to movie store with you. in most places the kids section is .99 ... if even. get SPECIAL MOVIES just for watching on the potty chair.

I put the potty in front of the tv and served pretzels and popcorn (because excess salt makes you pee.... and thirsty) and drinks they'd only had on rare occasions like chocolate milk and lemonade.

just mindless distractions til she starts hearing and feeling the pee come out a few times..... and hopefully get into the movie enough to maybe even accidently poop too

getting familiar with the sites and sounds and the muscles will start firming up and she'll be more apt to wanna potty

oh and if you haven't already, march her to walmart or target and load up on whatever big girl undies she wants. and there's a character she worships (elmo, dora, etc) get a pack of stickers to decorate the potty and perhaps a special bowl or cup for during potty movie time

  • i am in the same boat and so far the only way to get her to sit on the toilet is using ABC and 123 flash cards. we ask her questions and keep her talking for about 5 to 10 mins til she gets fussy. then we let he go and try again later.. we do this all day she is not going potty but she is sitting on it FINALLY after months of being afraid of it.
