When a man is trying to get you back after you break up with then, when do you know that it's not because of love anymore, that this love they had has turned into obsession?

  • First of all I'd take into consideration the reason for the initial breakup. Was he loving before the break up? Was he acting as though he loved you? Could others see he was loving toward you or was he controlling and obsessive? If he was controlling and obsessive then it's probably a good bed that it's not about love. Men use the word love bc they either think obsession is love or they think it's what we want to hear. Did he treat you with kindness and respect? I'm guessing not or there wouldn't have been a breakup. Figure it out from a logical point of view not from an emotional one.
