can i make a pumpkin cheesecake w/o nutmeg?

i have none ... and no car to go to the store

  • You probably won't be able to tell the difference. You could use pumpkin pie spice in place of all the spice. Add up all the spice and use that much pumpkin pie spice.

  • You can use a bit more cinnamon and ground ginger. Nutmeg is similar to these.
