Hopeless quota or minimum wage?

How do I fix a situation at work where I'm dealing with a high quota expectations where the products just doesn't sell?

I don't want to get into the minimum waged rut again in my life.

(I need a stable income of $3000 - $4000 a month)

Any suggestions?

  • $3000-$4000 is an executive pay. If you have a profession you may have a chance to make that kind of money on another job.. If not, you need training on how to market you product , goal setting, tracking, communication, etc.
