Bug bites everywhere!!???? I'm confused!

My DD (3 years old) has a million little bug bites! (okay, not a million, but like 20) They just keep multiplying, not matter what I try. No one else has them. We haven't been outside. There were no fleas, but I bombed anyway. Checked for bed bugs. Washed all her bedding. Rearranged her room. Emptied her dresser, toy boxes, and closet. Vacuumed several times. Sprayed. What next??? There is no where in the house that she goes that no one else does. My DH, infant DD, my sister and I all have NO BITES. Not even one! They are definitely bug bites, not a rash or anything like that. I have used benadryl cream, lotion, calomine, etc... Poor kid! What on earth is going on? We have a really clean, nice house. I feel so bad for her!

  • Yes, they look like bad mosquito bites. Just keep pushing water to clean out her system and put neosporin on them. Build up her immune system.

  • Are you sure it isn't chicken pox? I mean common sense tells you if they keep multiplying and others don't have them chances are they aren't bug bites.

  • Has she had or been exposed to the flu? My kids had terrible spots after the flu. The doctor said that was because their immune system was low. They were worn out.

  • Why haven't you taken her to the doctor?

If they aren't bug bites and aren't chicken pots they could be hives

  • sounds like hives. my daughter seems to get hives after she has a virus. they usually move around on her body for a few days and then go away. take her to the doctors.
