What do you make of this response?

My husband was being supportive after I had "words" with my mother. He said, "She could be nurturing and supportive and say she could give you money to pay off your credit card. She knows you're paying 20% in interest." I asked him a few weeks prior, to take a credit union loan so I could pay it back at lower interest. He has not.

  • Were the credit cards your Moms or used for your Mom? I don't understand why it would be your Mothers responsibility to pay off your credit cards.
