  • yes if you have proof & ok credit otherwise they may want a big security deposit. ask what utilities are included so you know what bills to expect.

  • I'm on SSD and I've been in the same apartment for over 6 years. You have to be able to pay the rent. Most landlords are hesitant to rent to people that don't have jobs. Chech with the HUD laws in your particular state.

  • Yes, as long as you have some kind of income coming in,most don't care how the rent is paid, as long as it is paid.
