We had beef roast with red potatoes, carrots, green beans, red onions and celery that I cooked together in the crockpot.

My husband works night so my little ones and I usually have lunch food for dinner. Tonight we had tuna fish sandwiches and popcorn.

I was in a hurry so I made chicken breasts in spaghetti sauce, rice, broccoli, and those pigori things ( cant spell it...little pasta looking things with mashed potatoes in them)

We had risotto, chicken breasts in a wine sauce with black olives, and corn muffins for the kids. And watermelon for desert.

My hubby and kids had ramen noodles and I had oatmeal and toast (low sodium diet for me). Normally we have an extremely healthy meal but we've all had a super busy day and i have 2 sick kids, so ramen noodles it was!

Fith ticks.....*fish sticks* 3 yr old favorite. Tonight I popped one in my mouth, walked out of the kitchen, and I leaned over to him to tell him "go eat." He smelled my fish stick breath and said "Mmm fith ticks. Yay. Fith ticks, nay nay."
