issues with my body

ok before i got preg i had the best body abs and everything, but now i cant even fit into my clothes had a baby 2 mths ago i know that it takes time but i just wanna know is there a diet i can do or exercise that helps get weight off fast my prob areas are my stomach hips and butt o and my arms...also im not breast feeding but my breasts wont go down they r still huge and im sick of it..i was a B before and now im a DD ..i know ur body changes so please dont be rude, i just want help to know if there is anything i can do to get this weight off fast!

  • just get into a normal routine for exercise and diet. and i hate to break ti to you, but most likely you WON"T be back down exactly how your body was pre-baby. You hips widen with the birth and it is the mark of a mother. Not to say you won't be back slender, but don't be surprised if you end up a size up in pants!

  • Actually missbreezy you are wrong, hips do not widen with birth permanently. Hormones make fat deposits in the area but it's only fat you can lose not the hip bones actually widening.

    Don't worry OP it took 4 months with my first and 6 months after my second baby to get back to my size 2 dress size 4 pants. BUT I did it ;o)

  • Nine months on, minimum nine months off. Pounds lost faster tend to come back and bring company.Which would be counterproductive, you know? If hubby says anything, you may borrow my baseball bat to pound some sense into him. **grin**

    The breasts will be permanently changed, just thanks to the pregnancy. You may never get back to where you were overall.

    Your minimum calorie intake while breastfeeding is 1800 daily. Weight Watchers has an ideal program for nursing moms.

  • If you are physically able, breastfeeding is the quickest way to get the extra fat from your breasts, thighs and hips literally sucked out (that’s why your body put it there).

  • Your body will go back to normal. No need to believe that crap about your body being changed forever. I've had 2 children and both times I got back down to my normal size (a 2). With first on it took me a little bit longer at about 7 months. With my second I just got back to a size son just turned 4 months.

  • Don't worry you can do it! It just takes some time and alot of commitment. You need to start a good exercise program and start fueling your body with good clean foods, cut out alot of fat and sugar. Make sure to eat about five times a day. Don't go more than 2-3 hours without eating until night time. Don't eat things like white bread or regular pasta and rice, switch to whole grains. Switch to low fat dairy products and make sure to get lots of fruits and veggies. Drink alot of water! Stop eating at least 3 hours before bed and you will actually burn fat while you sleep!   • I'm actually a few pounds skinnier than before I had my baby but your body will never be the same, I've learned to accept it. Embrace your breasts girl I wish I had some! Mine went down after I stopped breastfeeding. I lost my weight by walking 45 min every morning and cutting out all sugary foods, sodas and cut down the portions. I still treat myself but if you're commited you can be back to what you were..I was 120 before I was pregnant and now I'm 117

  • Every women are different. I got pregnant 2 years in a row. My breast just starting getting a little firmer and "higher". Yeah! after one and 1/2 year later. But my skin and abs are screw up. It's not necessary questions of time. It more how you are working out and to be consistent with your work out as well.
