At what age did your Boys stop crying?

Many Dads still believe that "boys shouldn't cry". Do you think that boys stop crying at some point in their lives.

  • If so, I don't know when. My 40 year old husband had tears in his eyes, rolling down his face when our son was born!
My son is 10 and still dealing with some issues because his dad is a jerk and occasionally he will cry.

  • That's so old fashioned! Boys cry and so do Men! Regardless of how mature they are. My boys cry for little things. My 9 year old is very emmotional. My husband has cried at the births of our children, when his mom and Grandparents passed away, on our wedding day, when we are talking about his Mom or grandparents, when my son had eye surgery....face it real men cry! If they don't they have no heart!

  • Nooooo, you should not expect or teach boys to not show emotions, its asking for problems in the future.

  • My 41 year old husband has been known to cry. Why would you want your son to not be sensitive?

  • My husband is 41 years old and he still cries occasionally. He's very strong and masculine but also a big teddy bear. There's nothing wrong with showing emotion. We have 2 boys and they are typical rowdy boys but also kind and sensitive.
