i saw a video about a girl who got her regular flu shot just like she does every year and she ended up getting diagnosed with dytonia disorder. she can't walk the right way and has trouble speaking. but she can run perfectly normal, and when she runs she can talk normal. and she can walk backwards perfectly fine. i'm freaking out because my son just got his flu shot a couple weeks ago. here's the link to the video:

  • There are risks with every medicine you take, even tylenol. There are also risks to not taking medicines or preventatives you need. Dytonia disorder happens to very few people....and it could be a coincidence that she had just gotten the flu shot before she got it. You never know...and neither do the doctors. Don't worry about it too much, if your son is doing ok right now...I'm sure he'll be fine.

  • Next year, look at natural ways of preventing the flu. :)
We don't do flu shots... or any shots, for that matter.
EVERY vaccine can have terrible side affects.

  • All medicines have possible side effects read the insert some time on anything you take. You need to make a decision on vaccines as to whether you the risk of side effects is worth it for you and your family. We personally do not do flu vaccines, but that might not be the decision you come to if you really look into it yourself.
