Is the H1N1 vaccine recommended for children with allergies?

  • I'd just ask the dr for his opinion. Our dr. didn't recommend it for anyone because the adverse side effects are not yet known.

  • I am confused, what does the H1N1 vaccine have to do with allergies. It won't prevent them? Is your child allergic to egg, I think people with that kind of allergy were recommended to stay away from it and most egg based vaccines. I would check the government website for the H1N1 vaccine to be sure.
