  • What you can do instead of skipping meals is just to eat like 5 little meals each day, with very healthy food. You will feel like you are snacking and you will stay fuller throughout the day and be eating heathier too without skipping anything.

  • I've lost 27 pounds since the beginning of August, and I've been eating smaller meals plus several snacks a day. My snacks are fruit and almonds, or whole wheat crackers such as akmak, with light cream cheese and some fruit. I really think the almonds have been helping with the weight loss.

  • salty sweet cravings are satisfied by making trail mix (mix nuts with cheerios and dried cranberires) veggies and dip, whole wheat toast with peanut butter, yogurt, cereal or oatmeal, chocolate chip granola bar, when I must have something with chocolate (sometimes nothing but the real thing will do though!), bananas really help when I have a sweet tooth.
