I take vitamins, I work out and I sleep 8 hrs or more a day!

And I am ALWAYS sleepy. Dragging, no energy! What in the world is going on?

  • I work out for an hour or a little longer.. I eat meat, seafood, egg, tuna salad for lunch. Try to eat fruits and veggies, but not a lot...
