If you scare a baby will he stutter?

My husband is was sitting on the sofa with me and the 3 month old and he just went RAGHHH and scared the baby, why i dont know but i was told that if you tickle or scare infants they willl stutter any truth to this.

  • no...but i believe screaming and yelling at a child could have something to do with stuttering. It could cause some kids to have a lack in self esteem when you yell at them all the time and they would be second guessing what they want to say and have a hard time getting the words out if they are afraid they are going to get yelled at

  • NO!! Everyone thought it was hysterical to scare, and LOVED to tickle my son. He's almost 3 and talks better than other children his age! No stuttering!

  • no its not true i stutter there isnt anything u will do to make your baby stutter
