28 weeks pregnant. i just finished eating and i feel like i'm starving is that normal??

what can i do to stop being so hungry after i just had a meal....

  • Eat more protein! Don't worry it is pretty normal esp. if you have eaten pasta or rice or sweets, try whole grain pasta, it makes you feel fuller longer! Happy birthing!

  • im 29 weeks and feel the same ... Just eat some fiber that will help :) but if you are hungrey eat :)

  • im bein induced tuesday night and i still feel that way all the time lol. i eat non stop. not purposly but i do. its been like this since i was about 30 weeks. i have only gained 13 pounds though so thats a plus. but yes its normal lol
