How long until his first tooth comes in fully?

My son has been gnawing on ANYTHING for the past 4 months, all along I could see small white pearls under his gum line, and expected teeth were soon to follow. Nothing happened. The past 2 weeks his sleeping patterns have changed, he refuses to bottle feed (not normal), at times- and just yesterday I noticed that the tooth is now partially above the gum- So mommy's how long do you think it will take for the tooth to erupt completely :)

  • When we could see our daughters right below the gumline, it took four days for the fussiness to stop. It took about a full month for the tooth to come in all the way. I hope that helps.
