My son has been woking with state people with OT and speech therapy but is progressing very slow and is 50 percent behind for his age.
My son is:

getting hurt does not bother him just rubs it off and moves on
like to tell me where he wants to go
scared of crowed places
likes to play in water in the sink but scared of bath
Does not like to be restranded (carseat, time out, high chair, shpping cart)

  • Have him seen by a neurologist. They will be able to tell you exactly and you'll be ready when his evaluation comes up. You should be getting speech therapy2-3 times a week. As well as a behavior therapist a d music therapist. Once you have the right documentation you'll be able to get what you need for him.

  • Yep. That does sound like you might have a child with ASD. You need to get him evaluated.

  • My son is Autistic, and has all of those. There is a group here that might help you too.
