if i went by this recipe....

and added my cornstarch, will it thicken the juices enough to cling onto the pork?

orange pork
1 1/2 Pound Lean Pork Strips

1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice

1/2 Cup mandarin juice

2 Minced Garlic Cloves

2 Teaspoons Cornstarch

1 Teaspoon Grated Orange Peel

1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Basil Leaves

1 Pinch Of Salt And Pepper

2 Med Size Sliced Oranges

3/4 Cup Sliced Green Onion

  • all adding cornstarch will do is thicken the wont guarantee it sticking to the porkchops...if you want the flavor to penetrate the porkchops more you can try marinating it in the sauce beforehand...just remember if you do to reheat the sauce after so it kills any bacteria...
