Ricotta cheese was out all night.

Put the cold stuff away before going to bed last night but left the other bags out and when I was putting everything else away I realized the ricotta cheese had been out all night. Probably 68-72 degrees in the house. Is it still good to use in manicotti or should I throw it out?

  • Throw it out. It needed to be kept at roughly 32 degrees.
