am i sleeping too much?

i go to bed around 12 am and don't sleep good all night long. wake up at 5:30 a.m. and can't go back to sleep, and then have to get back up at 7:30am to wake my DF up. well i go back to sleep when he leaves (around 8:30 to 9am) and sleep until like 1pm. i feel like i am sleepin way too much but then again when i think about all the hours i am up during the night i dont think so.

  • i didn't add up those hours but i slept like 14 hours per night when i was in my first trimester. you might want to try to get on a schedule where you sleep less during the day time hours (like 8am-1pm, i mean) because babies usually sleep best on like a 7-7 sleeping schedule. just part of their internal clock. (of course not when they are newborns though!)

  • My midwife always says to listen to your body. If you need to sleep (and can) do it. Pregnancy is exhausting.

  • omg i use to sleep all day sometimes.. its normal you get really tired being pregnant.. sleep now while you can..
