Energy boost??

I am 19.2 weeks pregnant and this is my 4th baby. I was a SAH mom with the other 3 so this is my 1st time towork when I am pregnant. I have really good mornings but by lunch time my day needs to be over cause I am so worn out that I can barely function. Other that regular meals, I snack on dried fruits and nuts all day at work... anyone have any ideas to get me thru the day???

  • Eating an apple is supposed to be a bigger pick-me-up than a cup of coffee...and you'd be getting one of your fruit servings ans some fiber & vitamins in too!
