  • Talk to your doctor about hormone replacement therapy and the health impacts. Menopause increases your risk of osteoporosis and heart disease, and I believe there are other risks too but don't know them offhand.

  • I would love to have made it to 43 before menopause started, but no, Im 32 and going through it myself.....I have a feeling my bones are really suffering, so I hope you find some help, definately have your doc run some labs and see about some replacements if you so choose :)

  • Take black cohosh and eat at least one serving of good soy (like tofu or edamame) a day.

  • It's PERI-Menopause you are experiencing. Menopause happens after your period is done for a year.
