  • I gave up traveling long distances for financial reasons and also because the flights were to long to drag the kids. About nine hours is as far as we can haul them.

  • I gave up everything. I stayed home with the kids and l am so glad I did but during this time I lost who I was. My children are now in college and I know longer know what I even like anymore. The best words of wisdom to new moms is to try to find at least a night/day once a month to connect with friends or to do something you enjoy doing.

  • Being able to go places whenever I wanted...especially at night. I am stuck in the house after my child's bedtime. Like everyone else I gave up everything.
