How do I learn to move on after divorce?
My divorce has been final for 1 1/2 years. During that time my ex had been dating someone but still telling me how much he loved and missed me. It finally came to a head, I realized he was just trying to keep me hanging on/treating me so poorly, and since then he has moved the woman and her son in. I don't know how to move forward, I am jealous of the time my daughter spends with this women and I am angry because he gets to be happy...not alone. He caused so much heartache for me and my family...how do I let it go?
