raw foods for 7 days followed by a 3 day juice fast then a salt water flush.
Days 1-7: eat raw fruits and veggies. You can add a one cup serving of cooked beans and a 1 cup serving of steamed brown rice daily. No butter, no cheese, no sour cream, no cooked spices, no broth. Any raw fruits and veggies will do. On day 4, you might feel "sick" but this is your body dumping your toxins. Drink a lot of water. No caffeine. No decaf coffee or tea-- too acidic. No soy.
Days 8-10: drink fruit & veggie juices. fresh made is best. If you don't have a juicer, drink organic and unpasteurized juices. 100% juice, no sugar added. Veggie juice is as important as fruit juice. Also drink water. If you wish, you may begin taking psyllium husk. It will "scrub" your colon.
Day 11: Stay home day. Drink 1 full liter of water with 1/8-1/4 cup sea salt. Drink it all down. Everything in your system will come out in about 2 hours. EVERYTHING.
