If you could ban one food from the world what would it be?

  • hmm....I guess it wouldnt be a food but an ingredient
    I know they have those dumb commercials saying its fine in moderation
    but common, unless you buy all natural or organic its in your, bread, cereal, pasta, juice, any candy,anything processed, yogurt etc. Its in a lot so it cant really be moderated unless you buy organic as well.

    so HFCS basically is like sugar but it also has another effect, there is a chemical release that blocks sensors that go to your brain to tell you that you are full...thus making you stuff yourself for no reason.
