How can I stay My healthiest? Food, vitamins, ect?

I want to be as healthy as I can be, so what should I take that's natural and really good for me? Any healthy drinks? :) with vitamins. Are those breakfast vitamin drinks good for a person? :)

  • Eat organic food, drink water that's been purified with Reverse Osmosis...

  • Don’t buy junk food
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on meat and dairy.
    Stay away from genetically modified foods, produce with pesticides (you can find a listing here:, simple grains, chemical additives (colors, flavors, preservatives).
