I am a new mom to a 9 week old, and I would really like to loose weight, I do nurse, but what else can I do, as far as eating goes? I walk a lot, tread, and lift weights, but not daily like I should, like 2 times out of a week. What would you recommend? I eat vegetables, and fruits, but what else should I be eating. I love chocolate a lot, it's d own fall so what's the best I should I eat? Thank you if you could help, Please, it's such a huge help.
