  • massage you uterus now. and then at your 6 wk, talk to your dr about getting flat again.

  • you have to wait 6 wks before you start to work out. sit ups alot f them . but wiat you wil be surprised how much you can be fallten in those 6 wks

  • I have to agree with Dragon it does literally look like you JUST had your baby. Do not exercise right after having a baby, give your body some time to heal. Then in about 6 weeks start on an exercise program and watching what you eat.

  • Wait. It looks like you literally just had the baby, so your uterus is still relatively huge compared to how it was pre-pregnancy. Give it a month and a half or so to shrink back to normal and for your body to get rid of all the extra water weight (night sweats -- not fun, but they serve a purpose!). Then talk to your doctor about exercise programs at your post-partum visit.
