Halloween costume part 2 please help with Princess costume for 4 yr old

She will be wearing a princess cut purple vistorian dress with flowers. How should I do her hair and make-up? I'm having problems finding an affordable tiara any alternative suggestions?

  • Get a coat hanger and fit the size to her head. Hot glue a band of card board from a pizza box around the hanger. Or wrap hanger in pretty ribbon. Hot glue silk flowers all around. (Maybe some of my ideas can be modified.) Cut the cardboard into tiara shape, glitter the heck out of it, and glue around the hanger. You can buy pretty beads shaped like diamonds at WalMart or craft store.
