What is the best medicine for a cold?

In your opinion/experience, what brand/type of medicine works best for cold symptoms(runny/stuffy nose, congestion, mucus, cough) for both adults and kids(2-3 years old)?

  • For adults I like the Alka Selzter medications, either the tabs or capsules. I think it works the best
