Anyway to heat up a heat pad (made out of real material and herbs inside) when you dont have a microwave?

I dont own a microwave at this new apartment and we wont be buying one because its unhealthy to heat up food in there. so we only have a stove. any way i can stick it in there or boil water in a pot and then add a bowl on top like that or no? Lol

  • turn on your heater and set it over the heater vent to warm it up like that, toss it in the dryer for a few minutes, or do as you said boil some water and let the steam heat it up

  • Is it supposed to be wet? If yes, then put in a pot on the stove. If no, then put in a pan in the oven.
