where can i buy half a cow like kate gosselin did?

i am from wa state & would like more info on this but the company has to be 100% organic and graze fed cows.

  • email Kate on tlc.com or you can call your local butcher and find out. Look through the yellow pages

  • Contact your local butcher. My brother raises cattle & sells all the time. It's nothing new like Kate seems to think it is.

  • I buy a whole one straight from the farmer. Put it in a stock trailer, bring it to the locker/butcher, tell him how I want it done, and 1-3 weeks later moomoo's ready to be put in my freezer and eaten at will. I pay the farmer by the pound for the animal, I pay the butcher for the processing. And yes, the farmer is a close family friend, and the butcher is a good friend of FIL's.

  • Just call your local butcher or if you have a mom and pop grocery store you can ask them where they get there meat!
