what is this number in regular numbers?

6 160 000 / 900 000 000 000 = 6.84444444 × 10-6

  • Do you mean what is 6.84444444 x 10-6? And that is ten to the negative 6, right? If I remember how to do this sort of math, it would be 0.00000684444444. With a negative exponent, you move the decimal to the left. If I have the wrong feeling about the 10-6, then I have no earthly idea what the answer is. Hope this helps you out.

  • Sorry, just read the other post where this number came from, LOL!! You have your numbers backward, I think. You want to know basically how much $ per person, and the 900 is the $ and the 6160 is the people, am I correct? If so, then the problem is 900 000 000 000 divided by 6 160 000. And the answer is 146103.8961038961038961038961039. I say $146,104 per person. And then again, I could be way off base on what I think you are asking.
