  • Sometimes if I would just poke my belly the baby would kick back. My DH would shake my belly and that would wake the baby up and make him move.

  • Drink a cold glass of water very quickly it makes the baby move around, start paying attention to what you're doing when the baby starts kicking. I've heard a lot of people say the baby reacts to certain music, the sound of their fathers voice etc

  • I would have to go with the pp. Juice usually works, just wait 15-20 min.

  • Eat or drink something high in sugar content. Lay still for 10-15 minutes and let the kicking begin. Once you are pretty far in preg. (30+weeks) you can nudge the baby on one side of your tummy and it may move for you.

  • Babies rarely move on command because they can tell when there's a hand there, and they know voices too, so they just know when there's a "stranger"s hand there and they won't show off. Your best bet is to sneak the extra hand on when baby's already dancing around.
